  A Texas mother is being held on a $3 million bond for what must be the scariest punishment ever imposed on a child. Sara Anne Woody, 24, of Burkburnett, Texas, was arrested last week. She is facing 30 criminal charges, including 27 counts of child abuse and two counts of witness tampering. According to the Wichita Falls Times Record News, Woody is accused of punishing the boys, ages 7 and 12, by making them lick filthy toilet rims when she suspected they were lying to her. Woody is also accused of hitting the boys in the genitals with a belt and burning their tongues with a charcoal grill lighter. Authorities were notified after one of the boys was admitted to the hospital with a lip injury. Woody punished the boys whenever she suspected they were lying to her, according to investigations into what was going on in the house.
