Frankielen was nine weeks pregnant when she suffered a stroke and was rushed to the hospital.

Doctors later diagnosed her with a cerebral hemorrhage, and she was declared brain dead shortly after.

Her family was heartbroken, mourning the loss of their loved one. But something miraculous happened that brought them hope and joy amidst the tragedy.

The staff at the hospital, Nosso Senhora do Rocio, discovered that Frankielen's unborn twins were still alive inside her womb, despite her being brain dead.

Her organs were still functioning and supporting the babies' growth. The doctors made a brave decision to keep Frankielen alive to save her unborn children.

For 123 days, the hospital staff monitored the twins' growth, decorating Frankielen's room and even singing to the unborn babies.

The family was amazed to see the twins grow normally and were excited about their arrival.

Finally, the twins were born via C-section, a baby boy, and a baby girl, both healthy and beautiful.

Frankielen's mother called them a true miracle, proud of her daughter's strength and love for her children.

Frankielen's husband, Muriel Padilha, was devastated by his wife's loss but knew that she would want him to be strong and move on with his life as a father.

He is raising their older daughter, Isa Beatriz, alongside the twins.

After giving birth, Frankielen was allowed to pass away peacefully. Her organs were donated to save the lives of others, a final act of kindness and generosity.
