The Impersonator: Fake Cop Foiled By Police Officers He Tried To Pull Over.
After you finish watching this video, you will be shocked of how unlucky this New Yorker is! ~ (Say it with fun and excitement)
Some would say it is karma; others would say it’s just unlucky. Nonetheless, stick with me till the end of the video and give us your opinion in the comment section below! But before we start make sure you subscribe to StoryWeaver!
In this episode, we'll be telling you the story of Valiery Portluck, a 25-year-old man from Hicksville, New York, who decided to impersonate a police officer.
Valiery had a strange idea one day. He decided to dress up like a cop and drive a black car with emergency lights.
He even added an air horn to his vehicle. His plan was to pull over a white van that was ahead of him.
As he drove and slowed down near the white van, the passengers identified themselves.
To Valiery’s dismay, he realized he’d pulled over the wrong car.
The van was filled with detectives, and they were on the lookout for him.
The Nassau County law enforcement officers couldn’t have been happier to see him.
The NCPD had received reports that a man was impersonating a police officer driving a black car.
It seemed like the mouse had run into his own trap.
Authorities said that Valiery tried to escape the scene.
He swerved his car, drove in the opposite direction, and sped up, not caring about causing danger to other drivers.
He only cared about his predicament. It was like one of those crazy car chases in the movies.
The detectives reported this to the police, and now they were on the lookout for an impostor cop.
Valiery drove all the way to Long Island Expressway, where the cops caught and took him in.
We could only imagine this scene, a fake cop arrested by real cops.
It’s hilarious. Valiery was charged with 3 major violations: first-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree reckless endangerment, and unlawful fleeing from a police officer.
He was also charged with additional violations for a moving vehicle.
Valiery’s neighbors had observed him in the past. They knew he was suspicious.
He always busied himself with his vehicle, spending days working on flashing lights – blue and red – and installing them on his car.
They’re just glad he was finally captured. Unfortunately for him, his plan backfired on him. He ended up in jail instead.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. There are multiple accounts of people trying to impersonate cops and pull over a vehicle, only to find out that the vehicle had a cop inside.
Yes, it happens more than you’d thing.
What do you think about this incident? Do you find it as funny as we do?
